Mirical Morning
miracle Morning means that every human being should do five things immediately after waking up by which you can get a surprising change in your life and a great person and a peaceful healthy life.
These are five things which I would like to write in one word SAVERS.
S – Silent – Sit quietly for 5 minutes.
- Affirmation (Resolution) Whatever work you want to do in life, first write it and repeat it every day after waking up in the morning and we will play an important role in your achieving it.
v – Visualization – Wake up in the morning and visualize as if you have achieved your goal and imagine that you are celebrating with joy after achieving it.
E-Exercise – To feel fresh and healthy every day, do exercise for at least 20 minutes every morning, which will keep you more motivated to achieve your goal and if you are healthy, you will have more energy to achieve your goal. And will be able to give time.
R- Reading – Read at least 20 pages Per day in the morning and read for 20 minutes every day immediately after waking up in the morning so that you will learn something new every day and some new idea will bring surprising and important changes in your life and will help you in the next Will be able to reach the level.
S- Scribbling (writing diary) You write 4-5 pages every day, like write what you want to do in life and what is your vision and mission, write it and prepare a map and road map of it, if you have any problem or problem. If you write that problem then 50% of its problem gets solved after writing it.
Mind Exercise:- I want to add one thing that you must do Mind Exercise for 5 minutes every day like Yoga, meditation, playing chess or any sport which will make your mind more powerful.
If you practice miracle Morning every day So you will see the result after 21 days that you will be calm, healthy, optimistic every day, close to God, confident in your goals, improve your performance at your work place, face problems easily and solve problems easily and become a person. You will be able to follow the path of if you do SAVERS and mind exercise for 1 hour after waking up in the morning.
