During Focus Hour, you will do only those tasks which require deep thinking.
At that time, there will be no mobile phone call, meeting or any other kind of disturbance, you will always focus on your work.
When you do this work, you will enjoy it a lot and you will find that many good ideas are coming to your mind. You will be able to do that work with high quality.
People who hold big posts or are working on big projects, they go into seclusion to think deeply about that project, where neither anyone nor There is no internet, no phone, just some paper, copy and pen and we lock ourselves in a room for eight days and think deeply about that project and come up with a very good solution and that solution. Deep Work is the method of Improvement. In our Indian culture, meditating, going into Samadhi and concentrating on attaining God has been going on for thousands of years and what NASA is discovering today, our ancestors had done thousands of years ago.
Because our subconscious mind tells us everything about what is available in the world and what is the solution for which problem, so when you go into deep thinking, your subconscious mind gives the solution to every problem, gives the solution to every project, business. Gives us every day a Focus Hour for every solution in which you do the most important work and if possible, you Design your week in such a way that Deep Day should be Focus Day. There should be neither any meetings nor any phone calls on that day, we should only focus on work or any innovation, we should focus on that.
Due to which the quality of your work will improve, ideas will improve in thinking and understanding, and new ideas will come to do every work.
