Our body is made up of five elements – fire, air, water, sky, earth.

The human body is made up of five elements: fire, air, water, sky, earth. If these five elements remain in harmony then we remain healthy, that is why every saint, saint and Mahatma always say to stay in touch with these five elements. If any one of the five elements is deficient in our body, we feel unwell or fall ill.

Due to not many people getting sunlight according to the daily routine of today’s cities, most of the people are found to be deficient in Vitamin D which we get from the morning sunlight.

As you must have felt in your life when you are under the open sky and are calm then you feel very happy and enjoy because it happens because there is text of sky in our body when sky – When we meet the sky, we feel happy. When you take a bath, you feel joy and happiness because our body consists of 70% water. When water touches water, we feel very happy.

Thus, whatever vegetarian food we get from the earth, when we eat it without cooking it, we get a lot of pleasure, like when we take ripe mangoes directly from the tree and eat them. If you take it, you get a feeling of happiness.

I am trying to explain to all of you that our body is made up of five elements like fire, air, water, sky, earth. We should be in touch with those five elements every day so that you will always be healthy and you will never get disease.

And follow the rules made by nature, like the night is made for sleeping, so sleep at night and the day is made for our daily work, so during the day, we should only do daily work and not sleep.

Nowadays there are many therapies which do Water Therapy, Mud Therapy, Sun Therapy etc. and these also cure diseases. If you stay close to nature, you will never fall ill and will always remain healthy.
