Treat employees as your second family not just like resource they all are human like our family member.

We should respect and love them like our family. The employee should also be encouraged to apply and should be made to feel as if he is at home and no one is there in the office without any reason. There are no resources, no tension is given without any reason, nor are they being harassed without any reason.

If your employees feel at home in the office, they will give their inputs for everything and will work well and give their 100% OUTCOME.

This question may arise in the mind of some people that some employees are very mischievous, some are lazy, some do not want to do anything, some do not want to work hard or spoil the atmosphere by staying in the office, they will do some work themselves. No and will not allow other employees to work and will disturb other employees.

So I would like to tell you that such people should not have any place in the office, such people are in the wrong place, we should send them to their right place in which such people can do their work but such people should not stay in the office.

Imagine, if such people are in the office then what will happen to the office, that office will sink and those poor people who are good employees will lose their jobs and thousands and hundreds of people who were getting employment because of that office will also stop getting it.

There should be no place in the office for employees with negative mentality, lazy, unwilling to do anything, those who spoil the environment, those who lie, cheat or steal.

And all this should be clearly written in the employee list of our office and should be implemented on the employees so that the right message is sent to the people who do good work and a strong message is sent to those who do bad work so that no one else in the office will stop doing such things.
