We should respect and love them like our family. The employee should also be encouraged to apply and should be made to feel as if he is at home and no one is there in the office without any reason. If your employees feel at home in the office, they will give their inputs for everything and will work well and give their 100% OUTCOME.
This question may arise in the mind of some people that some employees are very mischievous, some are lazy, some do not want to do anything, some do not want to work hard or spoil the atmosphere by staying in the office, they will do some work themselves.
